Candy Fumes: Post-human World (Video) Shown at the Tate Modern Lates on 26th April

Driven by carefree consumerism and unfolding entropy, in this video, Elina imagined what a post-human world would look like. Originally as an oil painting, using modelling software, the artist envisioned what it would be like to “enter” the “Candy Fumes” painting. Using the four main shapes of the original painting, the artist created their 3D objects and placed them into the 3D environment. By expanding the painting into a digital space, the artist invited a viewer to experience the world of the painting in an immersive way.
